Berkley Corporation, Joe was responsible for regional Specialty Lines underwriting operations for another leading national property and casualty insurer, including the executive management of a $300M Professional Liability operation concentrated in Lawyers Professional Liability products and programs. He has over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry with significant specialty, professional liability and excess lines experience.

Berkley Select is staffed with a team of experts with over 90 years of combined insurance industry experience with specific emphasis on Professional Liability. Berkley Select employs integrated individual risk underwriting, loss control and claims practices to provide superior products and service to its customers. Our clients have access to a creative team of dedicated underwriters and the resources of W. R. Berkley Corporation. We underwrite on behalf of Nautilus Insurance Company, which carries an A.M. Best Financial Rating of A+ (Superior) and a Financial Strength Rating of A+ (Strong). By focusing on specialty niches and partnering with a small distribution force Berkley Select is able to provide innovative and timely solutions to the complex needs of its customers.
