Company Description

Monitor Liability Managers was founded in 1992 as a managing general underwriter for professional liability insurance written on behalf of Admiral Insurance Company, Carolina Casualty Insurance Company and Nautilus Insurance Company all member companies of W. R. Berkley Corporation. Admiral Insurance Company and Nautilus Insurance Company are rated A+ (Superior), and Carolina Casualty Insurance Company holds an A (Excellent) rating by A.M. Best Company. Current product lines include Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Lawyers Professional Liability, Management Liability, Accountants Professional Liability, Nonprofit Management Liability and Independent Director Liability.

As a member company of W. R. Berkley Corporation, Monitor provides its insureds with access to the resources of a large corporation combined with the outstanding customer service of a smaller company.

Distribution

Monitor distributes its professional liability products to the marketplace through appointed and licensed independent agents and brokers on a nationwide basis. These production sources focus on small to middle market businesses.
