Company Description

Founded in 1986, Key Risk is a leading provider of workers’ compensation insurance products and services for employers, large and small, from a diverse cross section of business and service organizations throughout the Eastern United States.

Recognized by Business Insurance as a 2011 Best Place to Work in Insurance, Key Risk operates as an insurance company and third-party administrator focused on risk management, claims administration and managed care services (including case management and medical bill adjudication services). Key Risk is headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina and operates through regional offices and staff dedicated to specific territories strategically located throughout the core states within the Company’s regional footprint, including: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia.

Distribution Key Risk Insurance Company’s products are distributed through our Key Alliance agency program comprised of a select group of independent agents and brokers.

Key Risk Management Services, LLC supports policy services for Key Risk Insurance Company clients as well as third-party administrative services for self-insured employers.
