Company Description

We are a market for standard contract business with aggregates approaching $150 million, environmental risks, Fortune 1000 companies requiring commercial surety products, transactional commercial surety, and colateralized surety for small and emerging contractors. Berkley Surety Group endeavors to provide its partners with the most comprehensive array of products available in the surety market. Our Home Office in Morristown, New Jersey and fifteen field offices are staffed to service the surety industry across the continental United States.
